Today, as parents, we have the freedom of choice when it comes to our children's healthcare, including the right to choose our children's doctor. Tomorrow, if you sign the SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAM PARENTAL CONSENT FORM, you could lose that freedom of choice and possibly lose the right to be present when your child is being examined! As parents, we make the best choice when it comes to our children healthcare! We cannot give up our right to choose our children's doctor!
